The People´s Deputies ratified the following procedure for considering the bill on the State Budget of Ukraine for 2011 (Reg. No. 7000) submitted by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:
the Minister of Finance of Ukraine presents the bill in the first reading at the plenary meeting of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on 14 December 2010;
the bill, adopted as a basis, is considered by the People´s Deputies, in the committees and deputy factions; the motions to the bill are submitted to the Committee on Budget by 19 December 2010 (the motions received after 19 December 2010 shall not be considered by the Committee on Budget);
the Committee on Budget adjusts the bill with the authorized representatives of the Cabinet of Ministers, taking into account the motions of the People´s Deputies of Ukraine, the Committees and the Deputy Factions, and brings it forward in the second reading on 22 December 2010;
the bills under Reg. No.7000 and Reg. No. 7450 are scrutinized in the second reading and adopted in entirety by 24 December 2010.
